They also saw how new technologies are replacing some of the older, more laborious, techniques in the manufacturing sector.

JOED co-hosted a North Carolina East Alliance (NCEA)-led event last week at the Onslow County Government Center. The program included an overview of Pollution Prevention (P2) grant activities, NC Department of Environmental Quality services, animal waste to energy and heat efforts, and services available through the Small Business & Technology Development Center.
