Swanspoint’s beautiful 60-acre location is situated between Swansboro and Camp Lejeune on North Carolina’s Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). With over 170,000 SF of marine industrial space and direct access to the ICW, this campus also offers easy car travel from both Wilmington, NC (1.5hrs) and Jacksonville, NC (25min). An additional 20,000 SF will soon be added to the existing 30,000 SF of immediately available indoor workspace. Swans Point has the capacity to accommodate a wide variety of specialty crafts and functions. The facility also boasts eight, 80ft boat slips, an extensive outdoor boatyard, and a 75-ton travel lift to accommodate maintenance on large-scale boats.
